Geovision Question
Hi
I know there are some very experienced Geovision users on this forum
and I have a couple of Geovision related questions:
1. I know that there is a web interface for Geovision, but what I
ahven't been able to find out is if it will control the DVR
functioanlity as well as basic camera viewing. I want to be able to
remotely connect to a system, search through recordings (say the last
weeks worth) and then play back sections - all just using IE. Is this
possible?
2. What is the technical support service like if you encounter a
problem? I need to know I/my client can get support when needed.
