yeah fair play, guess i do understand thats why Im still with them,=20

their service is phenomenal, uptime (touch wood) is flawless can't
fault in any other way, just seemed a hell of an increase thats all!

i wouldnt wish bt wholesale on anybody tho!

my only satisfying piece is that i have my free orange broadband going
into my 'ahem' registered address at my friends house!./......its
taken them 9 months and to do it they need to remove dacs off the
line, run a new line, shut a road for a day, submit road closure
notices, traffic diversions etc so fingers crossed i've cost them a
good few grand!!
