icove LED lights buzzing?

Ive had 2 of the icove 12" LED lights (from last years bulk buy)
running
behind the TV for a while now but one of them has started putting out a
high pitched buzzing/whine which has prompted SWMBO to pull the
appliance module out the wall! The lights are being powered by one of
the 24V units from the bulk buy and it is only one of the units which is
making the buzzing.#

Can anybody suggest what this could be and how to fix it as its unusable
at the moment.

PS, if anyone wants to buy a SonicBlue Rio receiver MP3 player (unused)
