Fetchmail to pull the mail.
imap to share to outlook your lan.
squirrelmail to access via the web. I've never used it but I know others
who swear by it.
I'd be inclined to use your ISP as your smtp server from outlook rather
than go via the mail server. Then you don't have to worry about the mail
server config for forwarding email.
There are howto's for all of these.
