Steve/Mark,

It's funny you should say that, I fitted VentAxia's version of Mark's NuAir
and found exactly the same thing.
There's no condensation alright as the hall/stairs/landing temperature
drops
so low it matches outside air temperature (especially in winter).

It'd be interesting to see how Mark runs his NuAir compared to how the
central heating fires and the level of insulation in the
windows/wall/loft/etc. to see what the difference is.
