The KW rating will effectively dictate how quickly it can convert
electricity to heat - and to an extent the maximum heat the oven can
reach.   I really can't believe modern ovens only use 1KW do they ?
....   Unless they take a really long time to get up to temperature -
which in a way means the KWhr usage could be the same (on for
longer/continually but less current drawn).
