Question about the Inverto IDL7000t

Anyone got one of these?
I'm interested in whether it will modulate a signal coming in from its
VCR SCART as I'm wanting to send this to other TVs in the house. The
idea is that I can use an Ir sender to control the Inverto from other
TVs, and by switching to its VCR SCART, also see stuff from my MG-35
media player.
Some day I must put in some more cat5 and use some KAT5 modules we send
signals around.
