Skype Dualphone

Has anyone got one?
Are they any good?
I have to admit I still have not got round to jumping on the bandwagon
*shock horror*
But what is the difference between skype and a proper VOIP phone system? Is
there any difference in sound quality? Is it actually that good?
All the hype on the internet seem to suggest it is better than sliced
bread.
