Nope, I didn't :-)

I did talk about it though, and someone did offer to set one up (might
have=

been one of the other Stuarts).

My proposal would be something along the lines of a PostgreSQL Server,

web front end, but also direct access for those who want to write their

apps.

www.upcdatabase.com publishes a snapshot of it's DB on Sourceforge, and
I'd=

suggest that as a good starting point for seeding the database. He also=20
mentions a SOAP interface that he was speccing, how far that went, I don't=
=20
know.
