Backup of Home Automation PC

What's the best option for backing up my home PC. Up to now I have been
copying stuff from one PC to another but this depends on me actually making
sure I copy everything and doesn't save all the setup of applications and
register setting etc. As I get my setup working really well I don't want
the hassle of having to redo it all when something goes wrong.

What I what is something that will take a full backup of the machine so
that in the event of disk failure I can just restore the last recorded
image. I have three machine all running Win2K and I want to do all of them
each with about 80Gb of info? I guess I'm looking at something ArcServe to
a tape but not really familiar with the area.

S.
