I have tried the 3com 12 port off scan.co.uk, its a bargain at =A328+vat

the problem is that it is LOUD, with no less than 3 fans in it.
Any suggestions for something with a minimum of 10 ports, rack mounted,
100meg ports for less than =A3100? (and quiet!)
