True, sorry for the inaccuracy :)  Not out of trial long ago though.  Only made available by BT Wholesale in q4 2001.

Ooops.  Missed that.  Surely it's out of trial long ago though?  And downstream speed is uneffected I thought?  It's only upstream that is slower...and then only marginally.
