I believe that is what I said from the beginning, they didn't honor
drug patents and chose to steal

That is nothing more than an excuse, they didn't get their way so they
chose instead to steal

No Chavez took the oil companies over because a. he's a socialist
dictator and b. because his economy is failing because of a.
