Probably not much help but just started looking at serving the MVP
and was having a similar problem with the MVP getting stuck on the
third bar at the start. After reading an earlier post I placed a
copy of dongle.bin in the MVP folder and everything seems to work
now (early days though). My MVP is a D3 and the server is running on
XP Pro SP2 if that makes any difference.
