xPLHal has it's own hub (and still uses v2 xpllib for comms)

Ian, are you seeing similar issues as Neil? I'm not in a position to try
and
reproduce this at the moment.

Maybe Neil could try using the vb6 xpl_monitor to grab a log?

This will show us all the packets and timestamps of when messages received,
and uses the same ocx as xpl_devcom
