The events are stored in the file xplhal_events.xml which is in the
xplhal\data folder.
If you did the install, then copied the folder from backup, you will
need to stop/start the xplhal service before it will pick up the
information again.
all of the various config information is stored in a set of xml files in
the xplhal folder - nice and easy to get a handle on how its working.
