That's why I said "list members" rather than
"developers" - I was
thinking along the lines of someone who could come up with the
layouts and artwork, that a developer could then take and turn into
the finished article.

I just wanted to mention that the xPLCppLib could be used for any
Windows service - not just for xPL.  All you have to do is inherit
from BaseService, and you should have everything you need.
