xPLRionet-Exstreamer help

Hi All
Have had the xPLRio-exstreamer working ok ..But today i was doing
some electrical work so the power was off for a while..As expected when i
powered back up Some of my xpl hardware was offline due to i assume the mss
units going offline and then getting new ip addresses when powered up..this
occurs quite often when i reboot the main pc ...I have everything back up
except the exstreamer.....It has a new ip and so has the main pc ..Have
corrected the ip addr for the server in the xml file and restarted the
xplrionet but i still cant seem to get the exstreamer to play...
It says its playing but nothing is actually happening..Noticed when it was
working the green led would flash quite fast but now flashes quite
slow....Have tried rebooting the exstreamer .....
Any ides ????

Also is it possible for devices to have constant ip addresses ???

One last Q.....Since restarting the pc several instances of the xplrio are
in the awaiting config ???? can these be deleted ???
