TVOSD Config Issue

Hi All
Just testing a TVOSD unit and having a config problem ...It wasnt
responding to a config.response message although it was sending hbeats etc
...Anyway i noticed in its heatbeat message it didnt have a value for the
hbeat interval ...Went back into the config menu and sure enough no value
for the interval....entered 5 and this time the tvosd responded and send
out a hbeat...waited for another hbeat and it had the interval value
ok...but when i looked at the interval in the config menu there is no
value
in the interval ?????....Have another TVOSD unit and it doesnt have this
problem ...any ideas????
