Yep, 3.5c is fine

It doesn't, but each version of xplrionet.exe has a different in-built
version (v3.5c etc).
This can be accessed on the rio 'about' screen on the main rio menu, rather
than rebooting/restarting.
I can't get mine to go above 2% cpu at the moment, but will keep trying.
