C-Bus?

OK, I'm sure I'm going mad.
I'm sure that I've read several times where to get the xPL software
for C-Bus from, but now I have the C-Bus rig sitting in on the
workbench, can I find the download? Nah.
Please can someone put me out of my misery, and point me in the right
direction?
