xPLHal update

Hi all,
Have just published an update to xplhal at www.xplhal.com
It fixes the following issues
A) 418 message trying to configure devices (bug introduced in last build,
sorry)
B) xpl.getparamcount now returns number of items in body only (previously
it
included header)
C) xpl.getparamvalue now returns actual value of item (rather than
garbage!)
