This is now running :-)
(alternatively pre-recorded wavs can be served up from any web server)

Speech (or any wav clip) can be initiated via the announce function in
audio.rio,
And also via standard tts.basic commands if the appropriate filter is set.

The volume of announcements via audio.rio can be adjusted, to temporarily
override the current music volume.

Also, the rio will read out the currently selected menu entries :-)
(if option is selected via remote)
