Use the Windows Service version - that solves this problem most of the
time.

For some reason, but only very occasionally, perhaps if I log-in too
quickly before all the services have started, xAPTel manages to grab
the xAP port, preventing the Hub from operating successfully, so other
xAPps run 'silent'.

Since there's no visual indication from the HubService that it hasn't
started successfully I usually end up staring at a very quiet & empty
xAP Viewer for a few moments until I realise what's happened!
