The iViewer based ones (ControlFX)  are licensed per device so if you
have a few then it can get expensive. They also have an  Android version
in the works.

For IR there are these two too.. both offer a plug in IR dongle and the
RedEye has an alternative IR over IP base solution too. Shame the
iPhone/Pad has no inbuilt IR.
