If you already use HomeSeer or Charmed Quark's CQC then I can
recommend
their applications as they integrate well.

As a standalone application I use Command Fusions iViewer which may or
may not suit depending on what you're controlling and how much work and
time you want to invest in it. It's free for two screen pages (one
landscape and one portrait) but fairly costly and licensed/protected on
a per device basis for more pages.

My xAP Joggler app is evolving really nicely as I grapple with learning
Flash - which continues to amaze me with it's capabilities... This has
potential as a near universal touch screen app as it runs on any Flash
capable device,  including within a browser .... even Safari ,  but not
on iPhone/iTouch/iPad because of Steve's teddy throwing...
