Will not help, the problem is that if the filament manages to create a
short
circuit as it blows then it pulls a massive current for a very brief time,
the MCB or RCBO might blow but it still is not fast enough to protect the
triac. You can get internally fused lamps (most of the named manufacturers
only sell these, eg Phillips, Osram etc) which can give some additional
protection but it is no guarantee. The cheap unbranded lamps are most
certainly not internally fused so likely to be the most likely to kill you
triac-based dimmers.
