It appears just after the usual BIOS text stuff, and won't
go any further - presumably it does a quick check of the
hardware, decides it doesn't like something and
self-destructs.  The only options are exit and try again,
both of which just restart the machine.

I've posted to the Microsoft WHS forum, but this doesn't
seem to have any contribution from Microsoft, so the only
'experts' are the other beta testers.
