We have a condensing dryer, very think limestone walls made it a must
(too many jobs to do without knocking a hole through the walls. Our
dryer packed up two weeks before Christmas and as its rained most days
since then boy did we notice the lack of dryer. We've now got a new
condenser and its A rated as well, so whilst the purists would
disagree doing a small bit for the environment.

The old one kept utility room quite warm when it was running the new
one seems to do that significantly less. Neither seemed to produce
any noticable moisture (except into the tank within the machine that
you have to empty).

New one is an AEG btw, bought off web.
