Mate of mine has some sort of heat exchanger (?) thing attached to his
and
he reuses the heat output to heat a room.

He's into carbon neutral - his UFH system is "free" up to 20
degrees - i
should have done it myself.... :-(

Does anyone own one?

I don't have enough room in my new kitchen to have one but my "wife to
be" wants one.

I am considering putting one in the study. Is this wise? Do they
produce any steam?

I don't want all my HA equipment sizzled!
