Geovision Web Server Help Needed

Hi all,
I have a Geovision CCTV system which is running fine. I'm trying to
access it to view the cameras through the built in web server. I've
forwarded the ports needed (80,4550 and 5550) to the PC on my
Speedtouch 716WL V5 but when I try and login I get a message 20 seconds
later saying can't connect to server.
I'd like to be able to remotely access the router but I've been told
that enabling remote access will only last 20 minutes.
Can anyone advise?
