Interesting article, especially as he does not mention screens below

HD Distribution is a common question I get asked at the Home Building
and Renovating show and seminars I give.

The first thing I ask is what are the chances of giving the kids a 32"
screen in thier bedroom or even having one in your own bedroom. When
most people shake thier heads I carry on to tell them that you really
can not see a big improvement on image quality on screens below 32"
(even Sky acknowledge that) so why pay the expence to try to get an HD
system installed?
