Compression Tools for CT100 (and other) cable?

Anyone got any good recommendations?
I'm looking for a compression (not crimp) tool that can do F,
RCA/Phono and BNC connectors quickly and easily......no need for super
fancy interconnect style plugs, just must make sure they make a decent
connection.
Interested in on-going costs of the connectors as there's no point in
a cheap tool if each connector is =A3=A3=A3!
Ideally a UK supplier with fast shipping as I could do with them
on-site next week but not it's not a necessity.
Any pointers/links/makes and models appreciated!
