You can get exactly this kind of information from Wunderground,
assuming
some kind sole has linked their weather station to it.

Take a look here...I didn't see Exeter, but you may be able to find
something near-by

If you then click on the weather station link, you can view current and
historic data.

Hey all,
kinda HA linked by a very long shot! LOL

I need to obtain historic wind data for a location, (Exeter airport in
Devon,)
Really don't want to pay the few hundred quid the MET office want!

Does anyone know of anywhere that has historic info available?! Or
even just an average information of any kind?

I'm sure i've seen something on sites that provide you a mini survey
info thing for your location but can't find it for the life of me!

or even does anywhere with a weather station live really close to here
that's been logging for a while!

Only need a year or so! but less would do!
