Well, it could always just be a dodgy unit, but ours keeps rejecting
toner
cartridges, flagging them up as empty when they are still half full, that
sort of thing.

It also chews up paper a lot more than the HP printers we use.

I'd get some more opinions - as I say, it could just be that we got a
stinker.
