Yahoo seems to have eaten my previous response.
Anyway, I did a quick experiment, and I am pretty sure that the root
cause of your problem is that you have not modified tivoweb.cfg to
reflect the base url
e.g. if you were serving from www.mydomain.com/tivo
you would add the line
Prefix = tivo
And then you should be set. You *will* need the reverseproxy line
ProxyPassReverse /tivo/ http://192.168.0.222/
in your httpd.conf too.
