James

I don't suppose you got any of the iColor units?

And before I go googling - do you know of a cheap place to get one of these
Cinetix units?

I would recommend this unit
http://www.cinetix.de/interface/english/usdmxgen.htm
for easy generation of
DMX from a PC.

Channel numbers, levels and fade times can all be set with simple ascii
commands.

Has anyone done much with their iColor Cove units and used DMX to control
them? Mine are still sitting in the corner until I find some cheap and
relatively easy way to control them.

Link to the iColor site -

I don't know much about DMX, and I'm sure there are a few on the list that
will have used it more than once .... so can I use a DMX controller made
fo=
r
other kit to control the iColor units? A couple of fairly cheap controllers
currently on offer with CPC ->
