I can't see why not - what docs are you referring to? Everything I've seen
is written just from a performance point of view rather than requiring
specific hardware.
May be best to fire off an email to tech support though.

Will it really only work on a standard P4? We have a P4 Xeon we would
like to install the card on but all the documentation seems to suggest
it won't work.
