You'll probably want an advanced AV cable.

As supplied I think its composite + Stereo Phono only. I have a cable that
will do RGB or S-Video and give a digital out (coax or optical). I bought
mine from lik-sang.com - though there a few different ones available on the
high street now - including as ever the over-priced MS version.

As regards chips I think any will meet your need - I did mine a year ago

d
have an Executer 2.3 from www.baldbouncer.co.uk Personally I'd recommend a
solder version but others may vary.

Dean

Having been told about the virtues of XBMC I'm considering entering into
the
world of the Xbox.

So a couple of questions...

Does it matter if I get a black or clear model?

Where is the best place to purchase? Most High Street stores seem to be a=
t
the =A399 mark.

I know I'll need the DVD controller for the XBMC, but will I need anythin=
g
else?

And as I don't want to play games which Mod Chip will be the best route?
