Just got confirmation off one of the Apple forums:
"Yes, this is possible. I have used my pc to burn things that I made

mac (an older G3 AIO) over the network. Works fine, just be sure to save

compilation as an ISO so that the PC (I use Nero) can use it."
Jobs a good'n and saves =A370 off the price of the Mac mini!
