Cutting Holes in Chipboard floors

Hi all

Have posted to both Self build and UKHA.

In the past someone posted a link to an attachment to a woodworking
router that enabled you to cut a hole in floors and then with the
addition of a metal spacer ring use the same piece of wood (turned
upside down) to fill the hole and make a solid floor again.

I need to alter some lighting in SWMBO's kitchen and one of these would
be dead handy for gaining access to the ceiling space from the room
above.

I have searched the archive and also looked on screwfix but cannot find
anything, anyone remember the item or know where to get one.

Cheers

Paul
