Yup I had a DG814, it was hopeless. Changed it for a 2600g and have never
had to touch it since :-) The wifi range is also excellent.

I've got a Netgear DG814 sitting here spare - but that DOES go wrong
everyday !!

Dont know if they ever fixed the firmware for that, but that really was
cr*p
in comparison to the Vigor.
