My parents have NTL - Complete load of B*****S !!! Menu system is rubbish
and their pic quality is WORSE than an aerial feed! The engineers have
never sorted it out. Oh, and in my previous experience of NTL, their cust
service was worse than non-existent - would never go back (do I sound
bitter and twisted? ;) )
