quietpc.com have a good range of silencing tools.  I recently bought
their 'hushkit' which includes PSU, cpu fan and silentdrive
enclosure, and found that I didn't need all the components to get it
down to inaudible.  In fact the only noisy component left is the DVD
drive, which I'm not sure there is much to be done about.
