MusicLobby and MainLobby

After there was talk of these products here, I've been having a look to
see what they could do for me. However I can't quite get into my head
why there are the two products MusicLobby and MainLobby2. From what I've
read and if my understanding is correct the MainLobby is the core
component which allows access to MP3 etc, using this product I can
design nice screens. If this is the case why would I want MusicLobby,
surely I can use the screens on MainLobby.
