Hi Keith
As yet havent received a welcome email... just a payment one and invoice
one ..so hopefully that should come through soon. I have registered a
domain name  and have used that so i take it should be ok..

All the details should be in the welcome email.

Just set up an FTP account to whatever server you have been put on and use
the login details in the email. There is also a temporary URL where you can
view the site. Have you also registered a domain name or do you already
have
one stored somewhere. If you have a stored one, you need to point it at the
Rapidhoster DNS servers. It will then take a couple of days for the changes
to propagate through the internet and the site will then be visible to all.
