A company millions of Internet users hate for its aggressive use of
pop-under advertisements to market Net cameras has filed for bankruptcy
court protection. X10 Wireless Technology made the move in federal court in
Washington State after being ordered to pay $3.4 million in damages to
Advertisement Banners that alleged its method for serving Web ads had been
improperly used
