Thanks for the replies guys.

Have downloaded both ReplayRadio and Cybercorder and will give them both a
try.

At first glance (without actually recording anything yet!), Cybercorder
seems preferable as it uses an Access Database for storing its information
so it should be possible to knock up a web front end to be able to drive it
