[OT] USB/RS232 HELP

Hi All
Sorry for the off topic post ....Got a usb/rs232 device and im
having some problems..When i initially installed it (got a 4 port usb hub)
and loaded the software i didnt read the manual which stated not to plug it
in until software was loaded and computer rebooted...had problems so i
uninstalled it and did the proper install..Now when the computer is turned
on the bootup stops at the point were you can press delete to enter the
bios
stuff. I must remove the usb/rs232 to get the computer to bootup...The
device manager sees the usb/rs232 as com port5 ....Any ideas???
