No real issue to keep you Tivo I guess as you can put it on the second Sky

box, but I cant see a way round your need to pay your Tivo Sub :-(
Perhaps someone on list has some ideas?

I thought all MAC addresses were unique and issued by a central authority?
That's the idea of a MAC address isn't it?

Have you checked the MAC address?

I had a very similar problem when I added a second TiVo to my network and
both were using the same MAC address.  The address can be changed via
telnet by running /sbin/nic_config_tivo
